Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born on the 4th of October, 1979), is an American actress, model, and singer. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and cook instructor. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook first was featured in an advertisement for public service in foster care at the age of seven of age. She then started working as a young print model at the age of 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target as well as appearing on boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
